How to Schedule an Appointment
We encourage you to invite family members and friends to come in for a screening.
The Rasmussen Center is located on the East Bank of the University of Minnesota Campus in the Cardiovascular Center on the 3rd Floor of the Phillips-Wangensteen Building, 516 Delaware Street S.E., Minneapolis MN 55455. Appointments (individual or couple screening) can be made by calling 612-625-3600.

Cost Information
In-network insurance plans have paid Rasmussen Center charges in the past when appropriate referrals have been secured. Co-pays and deductibles continue to apply. Check with your insurance provider to determine if we are within your network and if there are referral requirements. To assist patients in evaluating their responsibility for the cost of our program an insurance guide is available to aid in talking with your insurance company about our service.
