How to Schedule an Appointment We encourage you to invite family members and friends to come in for a screening. The Rasmussen Center is located on the East Bank of the University of Minnesota Campus in the Cardiovascular Center on the 3rd Floor of the Phillips-Wangensteen Building, 516 Delaware Street S.E., Minneapolis MN 55455. Appointments (individual or couple screening) can be made by calling 612-625-3600. Maps are mailed along with appointment confirmation letters. Cost Information In- network insurance plans have paid Rasmussen Center charges in the past when appropriate referrals have been secured. Co-pays and deductibles continue to apply. Check with your insurance provider to determine if we are within your network and if there are referral requirements.
